From paragraph 1 of the article, "make disciples . . .baptizing
them (disciples who are under instruction of a personal master teacher, not merely converts or infants who cannot even be held accountable) . . . and teaching them
to keep watchfully secure without any change whatsoever I have commanded." That's part of the meaning of this ordinance, and is the method by which Jesus has always intended to build His ekklesia.
