Exodus 31:13 “Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.

Ezekiel 20:12 Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, that they might know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them.

Ezekiel 20:20 Hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.

Keeping the Sabbath is a sign. Tell a friend you cannot help him move on Saturday because it is the Sabbath and you will not do work on the Sabbath. Soon everyone will know that you are "practicing Jew stuff" or something similar.

I find no Bible verses where Jesus changed the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first. Please share with me if I am wrong.

You are absolutely right, I am just saying that Jesus did not use the Sabbath in the strict sense as the religious leaders did.

He did not accept the religiosity of it ( if that is the right word ) but put it in the right perspective.

He used common sense.

Mark
3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.
4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill?

The same thing would apply to any given situation.
