Am I thinking clearly, Gamey? Isn’t ‘imposed’ order, randomly selected at some time or place, on irreversible chaos, simply an additional chaotic moment in time?

I'm glad you included the modifier, "irreversible". '-)

With that included, I can agree with your statement.

Otherwise, I harken back to that (slightly earlier) moment in time when,
