The German people aren’t the subject of the inerrant and infallible Word of God. The Jews are.
And in addition, the Jews are the ONLY PEOPLE in the world that are God’s chosen people and Israel is the only nation in the world that God says will be a nation before him forevermore.

Israel is all of the group he called “A people for my name.”
Judah (Jews) are less than 2% of Israel.
Most of Israel is “the lost sheep of the House of Israel,” and those that sojourn with her. They, not Judah, are who Yeshua was sent to save. (Matthew 15:24 “But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”)
Those lost sheep are, according to Jacob’s deathbed prophecy, (Genesis 48&49) the major population of the world, and the leaders of the world.
Germany is a part of’ “The House of Israel.” There are more of God’s “people for his name” there than in the present day land called “Israel.”
They most certainly are part of the subject of “the inerrant and infallible Word of God.”

Nobody is “God’s People” if they reject Jesus Christ. I don’t care what race of people you come from. God is NOT a respecter of persons. Salvation is through Jesus alone. Not that you’re born a Jew. The New Testament pretty much clears that up.
The Pharisees were clearly not God’s People despite being outwardly the most pious of the Jews, but rejecting Jesus.
There is a remnant of Jews that are, the messianic Jews. But most are secular non practicing, or are following Kaballah/Talmud Judaism and rejecting Jesus as the Messiah.
