The Catholic "Jesus" is a perpetual helpless infant eternally in the lap of the overpowering "Mary," who ultimately calls the shots. Honestly, He is ALWAYS depicted this way, or perpetually on the cross.

You know, it just perpetuates the mistrust and misunderstandings to lie about the Catholic Church. How about you let us explain tenets of the Church and you explain tenets of your faith tradition... I think FR would be much more civil if we did this.

So, are you seriously trying to contend that Jesus isn’t more often than not depicted in this way, as an infant in Mary’s lap or arms?
