From the article:

**What about age? Our bodies will be youthful and will retain our original sex. Note that “youthful” does not necessarily mean between 18 and 22! In the Philippians text that began this post, Paul says that our glorified bodies will be conformed to Christ’s glorified body. When Jesus’ body rose, He was approximately 33 years old. Elsewhere, St. Paul exhorts Christians to persevere: Until we all meet into the unity of faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the age of the fulness of Christ (Eph 4:13). Hence it would seem that Christ’s resurrected body is the “perfect” age.**

So I have always believed that we would be around Christ’s resurrected age.

Everything is relative

Methusula was still ‘youthful’ at about 850 years old

At a time in the past, I determined our bodies would be 33 years old, as Christ was when he was crucified. I came to this conclusion when I read a scientific report that the body is at its functioning best in the thirties. When I read that, I already knew Christ was 33, and every number in the Bible has a reason for being that particular number. I was convinced we would be 33 and remain that age.

I think children who go to heaven, will grow until they are 33.

I read, and I think it is in Revelation, that we will be given a new name in heaven. Also, in Revelation, there is a description of heaven and the Tree Of Life is there between two streams of life giving water, and the tree, every month, has different leaves on it that prevent/cure disease. I need to reread those passages, but I think it is that water and those leaves that will give us eternal life.

I know scripture says we will be raised/or if alive, changed, to have incorruptible bodies, but there has to be a reason for the rivers of life and the leaves of that tree in heaven.

I have said I need to discuss with God, the mistakes he made in our bodies. :o) He should have installed a zipper down our bodies so it would be easy to unzip and replace faulty parts. I also think he put plants on this earth to repair our bodies, stop diseases, but he screwed up and didn't give us instructions on which plant did what. :o)

Jesus said there are many mansions in heaven, and I think we get certain houses according to our good works on earth. I hope to get at least a duplex to live in, but I may only qualify for a tent. I won't complain whatever it is. :o)

Our bodies can never age in heaven because aging is a result of man’s fall (death).
