Christ instituted the Eucharist at the Last Supper; how can it be blasphemous?

The Scriptures read at each Mass come from the Old Testament, Acts, Psalms and a Gospel of Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John. They are not blasphemous.

Yet, your article bears today’s date.

Desperation strikes again.

IMO, you need to pray a lot more and concern yourself a lot less about the Catholic Church.

Christ taught “do this in remembrance of me”, not “kill me by your own hand daily in perpetuity”.
Christ took punishment for you, not punished by you.

Oh?

There is NO scripture that shows this.

Scripture DOES show; however; that Jesus and the 12 were eating a YEARLY MEAL OF REMEMBERANCE.

Why did ROME think it had to morph that into something that takes place every time you darken the doors of one of it's many churches?

The word "eucharist" came around the middle of the 1300's and it is a ceremony, not an object

To worship the eucharist is to worship the ceremony and I'm pretty sure we're to worshop God and not the means by which we fellowship
