It does not say word of truth from false doctrines. Not only that, we will be approved workmen who need not be ashamed before God IF we heed this Scripture. For the love of pete, either read God's word AS IT IS WRITTEN, or leave me alone. I cannot deal with someone who posts over and over things he APPEARS to think are written in Scripture. And when they are pointed out and carefully posted for his enlightenment, he APPEARS to resort to some kind of foreign language understanding. PLEASE

You should try thinking rather than parroting false doctrine.

I do think, and that is how I quickly recognized the eisegisis inherent in the idea that dispys try to apply to that verse.

The meaning has to be contained within the epistle, since divide and word do not occur together anywhere else in the entire Bible. Thus the subject of the epistle and that of the verse must be the same. otherwise it is an insoluble shuffle of thousands of cards and a blind draw.
