So what happens if you develop a mental illness later in life and go into depression or get hit by a bus and disfigured?

You’re married. You stay together for better or for worse, on sickness and in health. That is not grounds for annulment. The marriage was valid. If you know someone who received an annulment in that situation, there’s a problem you may not be aware of that the tribunal knows. That’s also confidential info.

Absolutely nothing....it is the conditions under which the marriage was entered into.
