In theory yes. But only if you have followed the actual plan that Jesus has set for His people to gain His grace.
Jesus gave specific and detailed warnings for people that believe in Him but by His standard they actually don't and will be cast out at the judgement.
They will say "Lord, Lord" and He will say, "I never knew you."

If it's earned, it's wages due.
Grace by its very nature is something given to someone who doesn't deserve it.
Grace is given to us by God based on HIS character not our deserving it.
