Well, it IS coming from the Antichrist. If there is an Antichrist such as Protestants read into the Bible then it is Mohammed and of him-Islam and all its progeny and all its works. Consider the goals of Islam Erdogan just stated. Does not that comport rather well with the picture of Antichrist?
Ankara rests in a basin, almost like a giant crater, in the middle of the vast Anatolian plain. Back when I’d visit during the cold months, when cheap high sulfur coal was still being used for heat, the terrain held the stinking air close in. No other city I’ve been to ever smelled so strongly of sulfur, although I imagine London’s once poisonous fogs had a similar odor. A 500 kiloton airburst directly over the city would probably reverberate off the basin rim and the radioactive air would settle leaving the place even less amenable to reoccupation than, say, Damascus or Tehran. Just something they should think about as they spout idle threats at the Jews.
