Where were all your ideas prior to Martin Luther?

You need to study history and ancient Catholic writings from the 100’s, 300’s, 500’s, 1100’s, 1300’s, for example. Study lives of holy saints and see if any of them held your position of slandering, misrepresenting, and disparaging Catholic thought.

(All Christians were Catholic prior to Marty.)

Stop your empty baseless accusations until you have studied history and read carefully and thoroughly the Holy Scriptures. Then come back and comment. Your views will be far different and better informed.

“Where were all your ideas prior to Martin Luther?”

That’s your bailiwick, not mine. I am interested in what the apostles wrote by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It was while reading Romans that Luther “woke up”. So my thought is: “Go read ROMANS!!!”

Having read Romans and all of Paul’s other letters, I can confidently say that many of Catholicism’s inventions ARE NOT FOUND THERE. In fact, they are revealed to be deceptions.

An interesting forerunner of Luther in a sense: The woman at the well. She ran back to the town and spontaneously evangelized it. Before long the town folk were setting her aside as they THEMSELVES believed.

God is no respecter of persons. He rebuked your Church through one of your own. Like water off a duck’s back! Nevermind, we now no longer just believe because of what Luther said, but.......
