So, so wrong: "The Lord is with Thee"; "Mother of God". Two Persons of the Blessed Trinity mentioned.

In Mother of God, it is a reference to Jesus. Jesus is the only person of the Trinity that Mary is the mother of. As for the Lord, Jesus is Our Lord.

Council of Laodicea, 390 AD: “Canon 33. No one shall pray in common with heretics and schismatics.

Non-christians are neither heretics nor schismatics (nor apostates for that matter).

Did Jesus Christ teach different prayers to the Jews than to the Gentiles? Did His Apostles?

This statement is near impossible to accurately measure one way or the other. We only have a record of a few instances of direct evangelization by a handful of Apostles (by themselves).

Did any popes, until Humble Jorge came along, teach different strokes for different folks?

Pope Francis published a prayer specifically designed to be prayed with non-Christians. This is not teaching different strokes for different folks. While on that topic, the Catholic Church does permit Eastern Catholic to have a different liturgy from Western Catholics and even permits the bishops, priests and deacons to discourage Eastern Catholics from praying the Rosary.

So, you're saying that praying with those who don't even believe in Christ's divinity, Jews and Muslims, is aok?

“Fr. D. Prummer OP, writing in 1910, affirms in his Manuale Theologiæ Moralis that it is never licit for a Catholic to take part in a non-Catholic cult with the intention of worshipping God in the manner of non-Catholics, more acatholicorum. Such an act, he declares, is nothing other than a denial of the Catholic faith.”

‘[the] Apostolic See has never allowed its subjects to take part in the assemblies of non-Catholics.’ Mortalium Animos

You apparently don't know the history of the Hail Mary.

[28] And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. [29] Who having heard, was troubled at his saying, and thought with herself what manner of salutation this should be. [30] And the angel said to her: Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found grace with God.

[31] Behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and shalt bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name Jesus. [32] He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the most High; and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of David his father; and he shall reign in the house of Jacob for ever. Luke Chapter1
