Roberts did vote with the minority. Forgive me, I was thinking of his other idiocy with the Robertscare ruling.
And when the RCC is sued and compelled to allow and conduct gay marriages in Catholic churches that will effectively force the Pope to recognize these marriages or stand up against them. Sorry, but I just don’t see him doing that.
