I am really glad that you and Reset have so much interest in this topic, perhaps you would care to address some of the errors that have been included in the KJV.

Original KJV 1611 translation errors.

Genesis

verse 1:2 - And the earth BECAME without form and void . . .

10:9 - He was a mighty hunter AGAINST the Lord.

Leviticus

verses 16:8, 10, 26 - The word from which 'Scapegoat' is translated is better rendered 'Azazel.' 2Kings

NEW “TESTAMENT” INSTEAD OF NEW “COVENANT”

I mean if a simple pronoun is so important this small sampling should really be more important.

it created doctrines, Sola Scriptura for example, but never had unity as to which versions and translations of such scriptures, let alone agreement on doctrines, among itself and its offspring. The Protest continues, as it were, emergent and divergent.
there are myriads of different faith communities, sects, denominations that are not in unity (other than being antiCatholic). Other than being antiCatholic what could unify them other than the model of rebellion ?
there is no apostolic authority; God did not send another apostle to reform the faith once delivered to the saints.

As such, it is no surprise to me Protestantism has discarded the Authorized Version (KJV) of the scriptures. It fits the model and undermines the supposed premises.

I am shocked, shocked that none of you has responded to all these errors found in the KJV. I mean all of the non-Catholics had something snarky to say about he pronoun error they claimed was in the Catholic Bible, and it turned out the KJV disagreed with the Jewish study Bible. Here they are again just incase you somehow missed it the first time. Oh and don't worry I am working a list of error found in the NIV as well, and I am only using protestant web sites so you just know there won't be any bias.
