Christ gave the priest the command to "do this" and as such, Christ honors the priest as he follows Christ's orders. Christ follows the "command from the priest" because He gave him the authority to make such a command...When the Priest says "THIS IS MY BODY" Christ, indeed, performs the miracle of transubstantiation just as He said He would do....yes, Christ does as the priest asks.
