Do we need RCs to vouch for us, now?

My presence on FR has been less, that last couple years. Tired, life worn, busy elsewhere, and health stuff. I tend to skim the top of the Religion stuff, and skip 90% or more as of minimal interest to me. I got soured by wmfights' dispensationalism series, seeing the depths of the unorthodox nuttiness of some on the other side of that argument but (nominally) in the protestant camp.
