Kim Davis does not want her name affixed to any marriage licenses and wants to expand that to now include both same-sex and opposite-sex couples.

If so, then can someone else administer them?

Apparently she does not want them to be administered by someone else because her name will still be affixed to them.

If so, then can her name be taken off of them and then another person within her office besides herself administer them?

If not, then what do you think is the remedy?

And why has it taken until now for county clerks and or any level government itself to possibly get out of the business of marriage and/or remarriage altogether ---- as government was once involved not only in marriage in past times in Europe, but was also involved in the issue of remarriage.

On both of those issues, just look to the Cathars and those who believed similar to they both before and alongside of them and/or held to Albigensian or quasi-Albigensian beliefs and how they were persecuted.

I have a closely held extremist and reactionary religious belief that killing liberals with a shotgun is wrong.

Do they want me to compromise and moderate that belief?

Can homosexual marriage lead to polygamy? You better pray to God it stops there! Its all about love remember. That what the homosexuals and their enablers claimed. The Supreme Court magically found homosexual marriage within the Constitution. You think the polygamist don’t want a piece of the action? Then up next the pedophiles. Its all about Its all about love remember? You can’t tell people who they can love. Wasn’t that the refrain? Well stand by..........

Can step further into the muck from Polygamy, it’s called Consanguineous marriage. Which is also an illegal marriage on the books of all states - for now.
http://marriage-equality.blogspot.com/2012/08/frequently-asked-question-can-siblings.html
With gay marriage being equal and SCOTUS and other lawmakers still hung up on “two people” getting married as OK..../hugesarc.
I can see the consanguineous folks hooking their cause to the gay marriage star quicker than the poly’s.... there’s no offspring involved in genetic protection for homosexual brothers or any sisters that wish to marry....father/son, mother/daughter....is there a difference in this world anymore?
The slippery slope is here.

Polygamy?

How about bestiality?

The answer to your question 1) is that you can’t. Our system of government was based on having a secular government for a population of people of a broadly Judeo-Christian ethos, and that system is not sustainable as a secular government for a secular people.

Your liberaltarian desire to magically disengage marriage from government involvement is quite wrong. A host of evils comes from promiscuity, adultery, and easy divorce, and fag marriage and the polygamy that is soon to come will only exacerbate those. The civilizational ideal of Western Civilization for centuries was a stable family,a man, a woman, and children, and by casting that aside, an inevitable decay into barbarism will soon follow.
