If I had a penny for every time a woman tried to hop to another context when she didn’t like the way a debate was going, I’D be the billionaire.
Believe it or not, all the rhetorical summersaults you use to get the argument to go the way you want are fairly standard, if not particularly well known.
“If Christ is your head, then the expectation is that you will be Christlike, no?”
Not at all. It is always a choice. The reason women are not supposed to be in positions of leadership is because they have a rather remarkable facility for convincing themselves the choice they want and the Christlike choice are the same.
See, there you go. You cite a sufficiently ambiguous model to give you maximum flexibility.
If you want to cite OT standards for submission, David was the man after God's own heart. His submission to Saul would be the most appropriate model for behavior with unrighteous leadership, but women rarely note that because it entails giving up their rightful position and prerogatives.
