I take it you don’t know any ELCA Lutherans. Because they’re about as radically left wing as any group I’ve ever known, including the Irish-socialist-Catholic side of my own family.

I do not know any ELCA Lutherans, but I’ve met many people who have fled the ELCA for the LCMS.
