You debate like a liberal. Ad hominem attacks, straw men, and no factual evidence to base your claims.

You are in grave danger following Furtick. There are so many problems with him and his ministry I don’t even know where to start. I will simply say any ostensible Christian leader who lauds Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, T.D. Jakes, Perry Noble, and Ed Young is not someone you should give any credence. His utter lack of humility should be a huge tipoff that there are real problems with him.

Plenty of facts shared earlier. The big diff is I see the church as Christ’s church and comes with that, biblical roles for leaders to follow of which Furtick could care less. To him it is his church. He will share his glory with none other not even Christ. He is young; he will spin crash and burn.

Well if you donât worship him, there is a cult following there that does. You see, heâs a celeb. 16,000 sq. ft. home, top of the org in a 10,000 member church, you see. And he allows even 5 minutes work or 5 cents in funds spent on âhonoringâ him you are in the wrong church.
I don't know this pastor, nor have I listened to his teachings and I'm not quite sure why you have it out for him, but I will caution you're dislike of him to at least be factual in your criticisms because the Jesus I follow isn't about destroying anyone through deception to prove your point.
A quick google search lead me to here:
Elevation Church pastor building big home in Waxhaw
According to that article he paid $325,000 for the property and it's nowhere near 16,000 finished sq. ft. He also paid for it with his book money and it's in no way purchased by or affiliated with the church. You guys are portraying this as though he's a cult leader that's fleecing his members to live a grand lifestyle, but I don't see where a $325k house purchased with money he's earned through books/speaking engagements qualifies for that.
If his church is not doctrinally following the Bible, then absolutely this is something we should pray for and bring to peoples attention, but it has to be based on factual information or else you and I look silly with our concerns.

HIS book money?
Wait a minute. This guy gets a whopper salary, housing allowance, compensation package, every sort of perk imaginable, the adulation of his adorers, plus he gets to write a book on company time using company resources and staff, and it’s HIS book?
ROFLMAO

What’s your source for this information?
You do realize that the enemy uses stuff like this through people like you to push non-believers away from all churches. I agree that an expensive house makes this easier, but I still haven’t seen any sin that warrants the level of vitriol being expressed in this thread.
