Yes,most of the supposed “conservatives” on FNC.
They exist among a small, de-educated, herd-poisoned circle of persons who adore the bent opinions these editorialists proffer as wisdom.
I do not know a single Christian/Evangelical that supports any kind of citizenship for illegals. They are all in line with Trump, kick them out, keep them out policy.
This is too funny. Maybe it’s becaus they support policies evangelicals care about, maybe it’s becaus this author was fed a lie that evangelicals support immigration reform, duh.
Yes, the insulated politicians they write about who write the policies we loathe.
Invasion of Europe news….
We mentioned recently that it appears from some photos that the invaders of Europe are mostly fighting age young men.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees does not tell us their ages, but does tell us that 75% are men. (Germans hide your daughters!)
Only 51% are Syrians, the rest are from all over the Middle East and Africa.
So, did the men abandon their women and children back home (in an unsafe country)?
Deus Vult....
“Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and unto God the things that are God’s.”
True Christians, including evangelical Christians, support the rule of law when the law is just. Many evangelical Christians are in favor of legal immigration, and of helping law-abiding refugees outside our country, but I have never met a Bible-believing Christian who supported illegal behaviors such as entering our country illegally.
Easy to figure. Most “mainstream” Republicans promised evangelicals they would fight things if elected and then they got to Washington and rubber stamped everything Obama wanted. All we really know about Trump and Cruz is that they won’t be doing that.
GOP, you were the ones that left us, not the other way around.
Evangelicals support Cruz because he’s an evangelical like them.
Evangelicals support Trump because he has the farsightedness that evangelicals possess in secular matters. This can’t be copied, although Trump’s positions on individual issues can be.
Wow...that's going to be a real surprise to millions of evangelicals...
This guy is clueless...
It depends on the definition of evangelicals being used. The narrow definition does describe left leaning christains. But the definition that is used more often today is the broad one that generally includes all christians.
9*Why would folks at the WaPo even ask? It is so far outside of their world that none of it makes sense to them.
In a word, FREEDOM.
Because we want a president of free people, not a pope, a chaplain or a messiah.
Who has this clown been talking to!?
