The Catholic Church is the vehicle of my faith. But I have said for a long time, the leadership is sinfully horrific. The church leadership from Pope to priest has gone way off track. The Catholic Church has forgotten that it’s mission is to save souls.

The church has gone astray and found it’s way back before. I pray it can happen again. God needs to clean house a bit.

Anyone building an ark?

From the many pictures and videos I have seen of our floods, we might need one. I saw one of a bridge over Smith Lake and the water was near the bottom of the bridge. Today is a beautiful, sunny day.

That same kind of “leadership” infected the Lutheran church as well, except the LCMS.

There is some difference between the Church and the Magisterium, in this unusual case. It is rare for the Magisterium to be so broadly separated from the Church.
Not all, but so many. However, I remind myself that Holy Mother Church has suffered damage from popes before.

This is a sad blow.
