I agree; prompted, people do things.
Even if men start a war or millions die, God will bring good out of evil in the long run. Romans 8:28
For a secular non Christian argument about this, look up Boethius....
but I do agree that God uses our hands to do his will...if we let him Alas often men prefer to ignore God’s will in order to get rich or powerful. But even then He will work things so that ultimately good results.
