Thanks; I found it useful ever since many years ago I realized that people that speak ghetto English aren’t just speaking with an accent or dialect - they are functionally illiterate. I used to find the examples I came across as humorous, but stopped laughing a long time ago. For example, what do you do with someone who uses ‘s to indicate plurals? Five cat’s and three dog’s. Or how do you use someone who types in all lower case letters, and when you point out that proper nouns and names have to be capitalized, simply types in all caps because she doesn’t even know what that means?
I suspect many low-skilled employees were victims of either welfare reform or having their children “age out” of benefits; they never intended to work, and (no kidding) haven’t seen a book since high school.
It’s frigging brilliant!!!
The usage of “text speak” further diminishes grammar too.

It’s here to stay.
Add in the welfare component and there’s your permanent, no-skill constituency. Ripe and ready to pick for Democrat votes.
