My daughter Kelly has been in the hospital all week fighting a blood infection. She was moved to ICU today and put on a ventilator because of severe pneumonia. She is not doing very well and I would appreciate the prayers of our prayer warriors here on Free Republic.

Thank you for the updates. I continue to pray for all and for all of your witness to the goodness of the Lord even in this hard, hard circumstance.
Marlowe, her awareness of you is very good news. Talk to her, sing to her, make jokes, pray out loud, keep her engaged.
And I will keep praying too!

Thank You that Kelly is tolerating food and her kidney functions are better. Thank You she is moving around and her strength and sense of humor are returning.
We claim You Promises of healing for Kelly’s liver. “By JESUS’ stripes we were healed.” “JESUS healed all their diseases.” “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your GOD. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” “Worship the LORD your GOD, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.” “Heal me, LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”
Your WORD does not return void, O GOD. We wait in anticipation for Kelly’s healing and give You all praise, glory, honor, and blessing.
In JESUS’ name we pray. Amen.
With all the set backs and the steps forward and then that inevitable little step back, Kelly still seems to have come a way since a couple of weeks ago. Just the act of trying to wean her off the ventilator was not even thought of then. How uncomfortable that must be for her, since she is just about fully awake now. I pray each day and night for better organic numbers, but also for her strength — and your strength, too.
Thank You, for the update. I continue pray for you and your family. I also pray for complete healing, and recovery for Kelly, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, King and Messiah Amen.
Kelly Prayer Update:
Kelly is currently undergoing the weaning process to get her off the ventilator. She is doing much better today, so pray that she holds up and can get the ventilator removed.
