The post was obviously aimed at denigrating the object of the post, characterizing her as ‘unarmed’, aka feckless. That others would rush to try and mischaracterize such an insult says more about them than the one originally objectified. The haughty arrogance such behavior reveals is not missed by those who read these threads without posting to them.
