Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be Your Most Holy Name!
How We Long For Your Kingdom,
How We Wait For Your Will to be Done,
Here on earth, as it already is, in Heaven!
Guard Our Hearts and Our Minds, LORD.
Let Us Not Be led Astray,
By Notions and Ideas,
False gods and beliefs,
Or even our own prideful notions.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

A common theory about this letter is that the Christians in Thessalonica had heard rumors that Christ had already returned, taken His people with Him, and left the Thessalonian Believers behind! Not unlike our present time, the Ancient World was filled with immorality and sin, and it seemed that all the requirements for "The End of Days" had been fulfilled. Needless to say, this caused great distress, and Paul went to great lengths to reassure them that he, the Church, and the Whole World were still in the waiting mode.

Paul then explains what WILL happen when the Time comes. In seminary, this would be a course called "Eschatology", and is a cause of great controversy among Christians. Terms like "Premillenialism" "Postmillenialism", and Amillenialism", as well as "Preterism" and "Pre-Tribulation" "Mid-Tribulation" and "Post-Tribulation" are bandied about and cause some knock-down, drag-out" conflicts right here in the Religion Forum!

Paul has a solution to these controversies: Love One Another.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
