She played a tremendous part in keeping the Catholic Church from going off the rails during these difficult times.
God bless her. I certainly expect that she will be confirmed a saint.
May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.

Just before the first satellite dish arrived, Sr. Regina had a vision in which she saw a black sky, a white satellite dish, and a flame emerging from the center. She heard God say, "This is my network, and it will glorify my Son." After the dish arrived a few weeks later, a photograph taken while it was installed reproduced Sr. Regina's vision: a black sky, the white dish, and a red flame emerging from its center. Professional photographs could not account for the red flame. Mother Angelica called it a miracle.
I love this story as well as the one about the delivery of the dish. The driver would not unload it until she handed him a check for $350,000. She excused herself to go into the chapel to pray. She did not have the money and asked our Lord for help. She then made her way back towards the truck to send the driver away. On the way, Bill Stetelmeier (sp?) stopped her to say he had a caller on the phone. He told her he was calling from his yacht in the middle of the Atlantic. He had read some tracts she had written years earlier and wanted to make a donation of $350,000.
How many souls found their way back to God through this network! Insofar as her run ins with the hierarchy, I posted the following article back in 2006, which touches on some of those encounters.
