Nice summary of what is really going on in your Mormon friends heads, regardless of what they tell you.
Disclaimer - I was a faithful, believing Mormon for many years until I was challenged by a Christian and ended up researching my way out of it. I told many of these same lies when I was Mormon in order to get people to convert although I did not see it as lying at the time.

Well, I only have a couple of Mormon friends, but they never told me any of those. In fact we never much discussed religion at all.
