Where in the Bible does God tell us to run to Caesar to protect us from persecution?

Foolish argument Mr. Harrington. Paul appealed to Caesar. As citizens of these United States, we are guaranteed protections of equal value to all other citizens. This includes the call for protection to local law enforcement against violence perpetrated by radicals on the left who demand all others comply with their evil.
