To the Pharisees, sinners were “parasites and ne’er-do-wells.” Yet the only people Jesus actually condemned publicly were the Pharisees while Jesus welcomed the “parasites and ne’er-do-wells.”

Jesus was “a friend of publicans and sinners” (Matt 11:19).

Your stipulation does not make sense. Give me a passage that supports your hypothesis. Jesus dealt with those in the multitudes who only came for free food, and not for the spiritual advice:

"Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed" (Jn. 6:26-27).

Prove it. I think this is just an unsupported opinion, and not actually correct.
