If you believe in Jesus you dont need to believe in anyone or anything else.
So I can "believe in Jesus" without believing in the Father and the Holy Spirit? Jesus says he's greater than Moses, but since I don't have to believe in Moses, that really means he's greater than [redacted]? And what about all of this Paul and "salvation by grace apart from the law" stuff? That's all optional, I guess?
Your original comment doesn't comport with Scripture or even with common sense. "Belief in Jesus" fits with the whole framework of doctrine laid out in Scripture, or it's "belief" in a Jesus not taught in the Bible.
