Actually he is wrong. The Jews need conversion. They don’t believe in Jesus Chrst, and He is the reason anyone gets saved.

Jews are quite happy worshiping the ONE True God, the same God they worshipped LONG before other religions were invented.
Trying to acquire Jews' souls, either through niceness or torture, and even after death (diabolical Mormon practice) means you will have to account for that - to the God of Israel.
Worship YOUR god; let others worship THEIR God - without interference.
