It doesn’t.
Here are somethings to ponder though

(1 John 2:22) Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

The biblical definition of antichrist is one who denies the Father and the Son

Islam honors a ‘god” of war not the God of the bible.
They tell you allah akbah when they try to blow you up and it doesn’t mean God is great it means their “god” is greater . If they worshiped the same God of the bible why do they tell the Jews that their “god is greater” ?

They believe Jesus was a muslim who did not die on the cross , they say someone else took his place . They also believe that Jesus was the son of Miriam (Mary) the sister of Moses , not Mary the wife of Joseph. Obviously they don’t believe in Jesus

Those two things make Islam alone an antichrist religion

Now ponder this

1Th_5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

I think sudden destruction is a pretty good description of a terrorist attack .

Here is another one to ponder

Joe_3:19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.

The word violence there in Hebrew is hamas
coincidence ?

All the countries singled out for destruction at Jesus return also just happen to be Islamic nations
