Yes, Joel’s prophecy, as Peter reported, was fulfilled that day at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit lit like fire in the room and the Gifts that “the prophets longed to see but did not live to see them” of this Messianic Age were made manifest.
Not sure what modern technology has to do with it, except that of course Daniel and John saw things at the time of the End that they could not explain.

I was simply curious as to what His Creation was doing above our heads at certain ‘appointed times’-
That word in Hebrew is ‘Moed’- it is the poorly translated English word ‘seasons’ described in Day 4 of His Creation.
Moed has many meanings in the concordance I have- ‘appointed times, feasts, set times (I believe strongs #4150) - Moed’s seasons is a different meaning than our ‘seasons’- as many think of summer, fall, winter spring as seasons- but that isn’t what that word(moed) fully means in Hebrew.
Another sign, the woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet is a real event (Revelation 12). I saw that in 2014 -stumbled on it- and it notes another ‘appointed time’(Moed)- from a time in the past, present and future.
It occurred on September 26 2014 and October 14th, 2015, as I only began looking in 2014. It will happen again in October this year.
That ‘sign’ and where it is today in His sky, can tell us a lot about Him. and a ton about the counterfeit world we live in today. and how traditons of men in religion can really blind us to amazing Truth.

That’s exactly what they are there for. For His people.
They were made for signs, and appointed times(moeds) and days and years- just like Genesis 1:14 says.
His Heavens declare His Glory. and tell His story.
And that one sign of the woman and the sun and the moon, and where it sits today, and where it sat 2,000 years ago, unlocked a door to amazing Truth.
Truth of His real birth day(not December 25). His real circumcision day(not January 1st). His real presentation in the temple day(not February 2nd). His real baptism day. His real death day(not Good Friday). His real resurrection day(not Easter Sunday)
He led me, through His Word and His Creation to see how the Word did become flesh. and that Judaism and Christianity miss it.
Quite a journey. just by asking, seeking and knocking and letting Him lead me out of the world.
only He gets the glory!
lots of His Word make so much more sense than ever before- Even Revelation.
And that is a blessing I pray more receive!
