Dear Father God, in the name of Your glorious Son and our Savior Jesus Christ, i ask for a blessing of godly leadership for our nation, America. i ask that you conform president obama and, if necessary, a future president clinton, to Your will, such that our nation is again restored to obedience to Your Word. we know that obedience to You will result in the restoration of prosperity and blessings to our great nation. i ask you to lead them to love and obey You and Your Son in Truth and Spirit—that they take good care and heed only You when they steward the great nation You founded with the blood of Your martyrs, Your many interventions, and miracles. And that they receive and be bound together with all the People under the wondrous law of this land as derived from Your Law . I ask that they be baptized in Your fire and saved by Your blood if it is Your will, and that they be directed in all Righteousness.

i then ask that Your people in America be strengthened to forebear in all faith the testings, trials and storms that the political leadership may inflict on us as You allow, and that You defend us from any evil perpetrated by the political leadership on “We the People” of America. Also that we, when we choose to exert our will as American Citizens, give due consideration that it conforms to Yours and that all actions be taken with prudence, thanksgiving and prayers for Your divine direction and protection. Your will be done. In Jesus’ our King’s name, Amen.
