Sorry but while people are entitled to their own opinions they are not entitled to their own facts. Word definitions are not a matter of opinion. Assumption means assumption. Dormition means death/falling asleep.
If someone is just going to start rewriting the dictionary to accommodate their beliefs then there is nothing on which to base a discussion.
