Jesus told the Samaritan Woman at the Well to go call her husband over. And he knew he wasn't her husband.

You seem to interpret friendly overtures or even civility as betrayal to Satan.

A bit unbalanced, I think.

I can just imagine the opposite of "Friendship Evanglization":

"Hi, there! You're damned to hell! Let's talk!"

Pope Francis' real ideological and doctrinal deviations are serious enough things to criticize him for. Go ahead, have at it. But bashing him merely for clemency to the unworthy --- ay, go re-read John 4:4-42.

Jesus Christ also told the woman to go and sin no more.

No indication of that from Francis, not for homos, nor transgenders, nor heretics nor muslims. Francis’ only admonitions have been towards the “sour-pussed rosary counters”.
