He is a committed Catholic, despite the opposition within the faith to homosexuality, which is regarded as sinful. As is the consistent pattern with the degraded media, they have gotten it wrong AGAIN! Reading this sentence would give the impression that to be a homosexual is a sin which is FALSE in almost every Christian sect. Committing an act of homosexuality is the sin and the faithful are called upon to love (non-physically) the sinner while hating the sin!
