Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for Presidential candidate DONALD TRUMP and Vice Presidential candidate MIKE PENCE. This is the confidence we have in approaching GOD: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14 Religion Forum threads labeled [Prayer] are closed to debate of any kind.
O Lord, I have so many enemies; so many are against me.
2 So many are saying, “God will never rescue him!”
3 But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.
4 I cried out to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy mountain.
5 I lay down and slept yet I woke up in safety, for the Lord was watching over me.
6 I am not afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on every side.
7 Arise, O Lord! Rescue me, my God! Slap all my enemies in the face! Shatter the teeth of the wicked!
8 Victory comes from you, O Lord. May you bless your people.
FATHER GOD,
You are a shield around us, LORD. You are our glory. You are there when we cry out to you and You hold our heads high.
Thank You that Your Spirit gave DONALD TRUMP discipline and self-control to hold his tongue when he was tempted to lash out at his opponent. Thank You he is learning that vengeance is Yours.
May YOU Mold DONALD TRUMP into a great statesman, a wise negotiator; one who will lead AMERICA with truth and justice. Thank You for continuing to reveal hidden secrets, hidden plots in high places. Bring them to justice, LORD.
Protect DONALD TRUMP/MIKE PENCE, their families, and all who aid and support him. Bless them and give them every Spiritual gift they need to complete Your purpose for them. Give them favor and continue to increase their territory. Victory comes from You, O LORD.
Thank You we can lay down and sleep in times of chaos and turmoil and wake up renewed, knowing You watch over us.
Forgive our nation of its egregious sins against You. Revive us again.

140 O Lord, deliver me from evil men. Preserve me from the violent, 2 who plot and stir up trouble all day long.
3 Their words sting like poisonous snakes. 4 Keep me out of their power. Preserve me from their violence, for they are plotting against me. 5 These proud men have set a trap to catch me, a noose to yank me up and leave me dangling in the air; they wait in ambush with a net to throw over and hold me helpless in its meshes.
6-8 O Jehovah, my Lord and Savior, my God and my shield—hear me as I pray! Don’t let these wicked men succeed; don’t let them prosper and be proud. 9 Let their plots boomerang! Let them be destroyed by the very evil they have planned for me. 10 Let burning coals fall down upon their heads, or throw them into the fire or into deep pits from which they can’t escape.

Holy God,
We praise your name. You are faithful to answer our needs. We ask for Donald Trump to be protected from those that slander and plot evil against him.
Do not let them succeed in their disreputable plans for Donald Trump and our nation. Instead, let them fall into their own evil traps of lies. Let them be destroyed by using the very evil tactics they had plotted against Donald.
Your promises are unchanging. You have provided a way through Jesus to forgive our sins and renew a right spirit within us. Give Donald Trump wisdom to govern. Enable him to develop plans to remove unethical individuals as well as their corrupt actions. Give him insight to choose astute, ethical people for his administration that will create and replace with good policy.
We thank and praise you Lord for all you have done for the American people. Turn us once again to live your truth in our nation and each of our lives. We pray through Jesus name, Amen.

Father God, thank You.
You provide mercy and blessings. Last night You provided Trump with calm and self-control while he stood against the lies and the goading. Father God, we thank You that You also provide discernment – that according to the polls, most people saw through the pseudo debate and looked upon Hillary unfavorably.
Thank You Father God. The plots and traps are being exposed and people seek to be finished with evil.
We ask for Your continued blessings upon Donald Trump and Mike Pence. We ask that more and more people wake to know that the devil fuels the left. We ask that more people seek leadership that respects Your Divine Authority.
Father God, we pray that the enemy be moved out of office, that this nation may surrender to You, and that we may become sanctuary to the persecuted Christians and not an extended territory for islam.
We pray these things in Jesus’ name.
