Teach Us To be Faithful in the Little Things,
So that we will be effective ministers of Your Love.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

There is a current commercial running on TV that shows a man in a uniform informing a family that their house has termites. When they ask him to exterminate the pests, he replies: "Oh, I just MONITOR the problem. You have to get someone ELSE to fix it!" Without realizing what they have done, the Ad Execs who wrote that commercial illustrated a profound Truth about our "adversary".

A brilliant young musician suffered from depression. It came out in his music, and he became quite popular, as other young people could identify with his angst. The only problem was, that although people loved this young man, they actually FED off his internal struggles and did not offer him any comfort or healing. This young man, who was a relative of mine, would call me often and keep me on the phone for marathon conversations about how awful the world was, how everybody despised him, and how unfair it was. Because he was so brilliant and erudite, he would sometimes drag me into his vortex of self-loathing and paranoia. At one point I told him that he was like a brilliant Prosecuting Attorney, making a magnificent case against HIMSELF.

The "evil one" has many names. He is called satan, the devil, and other more specific names which I will not put in print. However, the origins of his name is "The Adversary", or "The Accuser". His tactic is not to seek Truth or Justice, but the ACCUSE. Truth means nothing, it is "the seriousness of the charges" that matter. The discord, the distractions, the despair, and the depression that follow are due to the "Accuser" who offers NO solution to the problem of sin, but merely accuses and distracts.

Conviction, Confession, Repentance, and Restoration are the proper response to sin, and it needs to be soon, and not dragged out. Solomon's sad musings are of this nature. One has to STATE the Problem before one can Fix it!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
