You’ve explained well that they will have completed the dhimmitization of the University in three short steps.
Jews pray three times a day, preferable with at least nine other men. I’ve never heard of Jews or Buddhists insisting there be a Jewish prayer room or a Bhuddist prayer room in every building. It wouldn’t even occur to them to make such a request in a secular setting, and if it did, they would realize that would be a ridiculous overstepping of the separation of church and state.
Moslems don’t really pray when they put their heads to the floor. They recite a limited set of praises and declarations. The whole thing really is in the display. It is rigid control. They have to show each other that they are “pious.” There is really nothing they can ask of Allah because Allah recreates the world anew every instant and one can only do what Allah has told him to do and there is nothing to actually pray about as there is no free will at all and no ultimate cause and effect.

On a flight which a stop in Detroit, I wound up sitting next a middle age foreign born Muslim man with a folded prayer rug on his lap. The prayer rug and the man both stank to high heaven. I mourn the fact that the USA had become a Third World Terrorist Haven, the terrorists brought in with open arms and subsidies by utter fools.

The rooms are already in place designated “MEN” and “WOMEN.”
The Board of Directors/Reagents (?) at UM should just reply:
“No! Students don’t run this university. Those students who are opposed to our policies are free to leave and protests will not be tolerated.”
The problem is bigger than Maryland. And the Muslim part is just a piece of these idiotic 64 demands. It’s been happening slowly since colleges gave in to the 60s radicals protesting for “campus reform” (it wasn’t just against the Draft and the War).
You’d think the solutions are:
- the free market (parents refusing pay the tuition and fees)
- student loan defaults (when parents can and will no longer pay)
- legislatures and governors and taxpayers (subsidizing the worthless professors, and the students via grants and more loans)
- employers (refusing to hire the idiot graduates)
- alternative higher education (e.g., online)
- culture (making these places into laughingstocks)
...but it continues to get worse
Tell them they can grovel on the floor in the men’s room.

And every one of those special rooms has rape stalls all ready for the “refugees” as they pour into the country.

Or why don’t they just pray for a prayer room?

The Admin can just tell them that their request will be placed in the que behind the demands for separate bathrooms for 27 different sexual/gender groups; the demand for a “nursing room” on every floor, for lactating mothers; the demand for safe rooms for the students severely stricken because Hillary LOST; the BLM meeting room; the clothing optional classroom for practicing Nudists; the room with no heat or air conditioning, non electrical lighting, bare floors, and unpainted walls and ceiling, for the Global Warmists meetings; the hermetically sealed, triple air filtered room for the allergy triggered students; and the desk in the basement placed between the water heater and the trash compactor, for the token Christian white male, because we are forced to admit one.
If there are any rooms left, that are not already being used for other purposes, or even the occasional class, we will reserve it for your use.

When there is a Christian chapel in every building, there can be a Muslim prayer room.
Muslims should only be allowed to emigrate to Muslim nations. Their presence here in America is not wanted and they should all be deported.
Americans are sick and tired of all the demands put upon us as a Christian-Judeo nation. This is the best country in the world to live in! It needs no “improvement” by these selfish, murderous disrupting narcissists. Go home! Maybe your own country will give you all the benefits you request!
