As a matter of fact, it is. The Roman emperors claimed divinity and worship. The “only name under heaven whereby you can be saved” was a line Paul got off a Roman coin, referring to the emperor.
That may or may be true. It is conjecture and not recorded anywhere that Paul did so.
In other words, it is just an opinion. From PBS?
