To: Harmless Teddy Bear

I’m not saying he was. It was just a thought.

I’ve read his stuff before and it seems pretty solid.

He must be hearing of it somewhere.

I can’t imagine asking either, but you know I think the problem has become that people cannot think for themselves and exercise discernment so they do go and ask stuff like this.

I think that as our culture becomes desensitized, you do get people who honestly don’t see what’s wrong with it.

Ok, I might have been a little hard on him.

You are right that people are not able to exercise discernment. In my former church the pastor had one young lady ask him for a "list of what she could and could not do" before going off to college. He called her mom and dad in for a family sit down because if, at this point in her life, she was having to ask there was something seriously wrong.

The biggest problem is that they may hear one thing from the pulpit and hear something else at home.
