“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 18:3). How can we become children without a mother?

Paul sees it a bit different than Roman Catholicism.

15For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

16The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God,

17and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him. Romans 8:15-17 NASB

There are many indications that the present “Bishop of Rome” is far worse than “leftism”.

[46] And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord. [47] And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. [48] Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid; for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. [49] Because he that is mighty, hath done great things to me; and holy is his name. [50] And his mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear him.

Luke Chapter 1

[48] "Shall call me blessed": These words are a prediction of that honour which the church in all ages should pay to the Blessed Virgin. Let Protestants examine whether they are any way concerned in this prophecy.

According to your wisdom, did the infinite God, the second Person of the Holy Trinity, make a mistake to come into the world through this woman, Mary. Did God who made heaven and earth make a mistake to spend 9 months in the womb of this woman?
Saint Augustine tells us:
“It was pride that changes angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels. Humility is the foundation of all the other virtues. The soul in which this virtue does not exist, there cannot be any other virtue except in mere appearance. There is something in humility that strangely exalts the heart. This is the very perfection of man, to find out about his own imperfections. You must be emptied of that which you are full that you may be filled with that which you are empty.”
It was not Mary who chose to be the Mother of God, but God who chose Mary.
Luke 1:46-55:
“And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the HUMBLE state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are PROUD in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the HUMBLE. He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, just as he promised our ancestors.”

Again...NOBODY has a problem with the virgin birth.

It's what happens AFTER the virgin birth is where Roman Catholicism goes off the rails.

Mary does not play a part in our salvation.

It is only Christ Who does.

Yes...we count Mary as blessed for she was chosen to be the mother of Christ.

Beyond that she plays no role in our salvation. It is only Christ Who does.

It’s not “going personal” to call a nut case, a nut case. By the way, I didn’t mention anyone specifically, what made you think I was referring to you, snowflake?? Saying “I’m offended!” is also a time honored tactic of the left. Buck up, sunshine, FR is part of “adult world”.

(Don’t bother answering because I’m not going to read it.)

Did anybody call your name on a post? My how sensitive you must be.

But now you are proving my point.

Anytime you want to have the conversation I'll be here.

But I see you're like the school yard bully....big talk and when pushed back against runs from the playground.

And I bet you do read this.

Why do you ask others to pray for you? Who would have the most influence before God, to pray and intercede for us, the Mother of God or who?
God could have come into the world in anyway He wanted. He could have offered redemption directly to each person, or in any other way. Again, as Saint Augustine says, “You must be emptied of that which you are full that you may be filled with that which you are empty”. If I am filled with my intelligent interpretation and how I think things ought to be done, it is impossible for the Holy Spirit to enlighten me about His designs which are far above my finite human mind.
Christ could have founded the Church with 12 perfect angels from heaven instead of 12 apostle who were sinners. Did Christ make a mistake? Or are you suggesting that Christ should have founded the Church with 12 men as yourself?
There are very numerous examples in the whole Bible how God uses human instruments to accomplish His will and holy designs, even though God could have done it Himself. It takes humility to submit to God’s designs in which God chose to use men as instruments of salvation, instead of bypassing this humiliation and going straight to God. After all, I am worthy to go straight to God, and I do not need anyone to pray for me or intercede for me or anything else. Because I am I!
In heaven there is room for one God not two! All those who had a better idea of how things should be do not spend eternity with God.
“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and YOU WILL BE LIKE GOD, KNOWING GOOD AND EVIL.” (Gen 3:4-5).

Why do you ask others to pray for you? Who would have the most influence before God, to pray and intercede for us, the Mother of God or who?

The Bible teaches otherwise.

5But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. 7For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, 8being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. James 1:5-7 NASB

26In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; 27and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26-27

34who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Romans 8:34

We can approach the throne of Grace and fellowship with and ask God for our requests. In His sovereign will He will answer.

Wow, it's been what, a week or two now?

Watching you melt down like this is really fascinating.

You did not answer any of my questions. You threw out a few Bible verses, even though there are many verses in the Bible of Christians praying for one another: James 5:16; 1 Timothy 2:1; Ephesians 6:18; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12; Philippians 4:6; Colossians 1:9; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18; Matthew 5:44; Matthew 18:19; to list just a few!
It is rather easy to proof text without maintaining the whole of Divine Revelation and Divine Tradition. There are thousands of independent protestants groups in the USA. Just about all of them claim to have the same God, the same Jesus and the same Bible, but they end up interpreting many fundamental passages in very contradictory ways. Did Jesus, the Son of God, not know that this would happen? Did Jesus not offer a solution to this confusion before He ascended into heaven? Is every Christian an infallible interpreter of the Bible and infallibly led by the Holy Spirit? If that is true, why are there these fundamental differences?
Jesus said “the truth shall set you free” (Jn 8:32). Was Jesus referring to the truth of God or the truth of man? Is everyone supposed to go on his own ego trip and tell everyone that he is infallible? How do I as an individual Christian know whether I am following the inspirations of God or of Satan or of my own egoism or of the world, whose prince is Satan (Jn 12:31; 14:30)?
If there is not a guide hear on earth to have certitude of interpreting the passages of Scripture according to God and not according to man, or the world or Satan, does this not lead to “Might makes right”, a dictatorship of subjectivism or of relativism? Who ends up making the laws if everyone interprets the Bible according to his own head or according to the group that agrees with him? Without a sure guide, will this not end up that the strongest decides the rules, which is a dictatorship?

Oh please. Every day it's another thread doubling down on Evangelical dogma. You must be the ONLY one here that doesn't see what you're doing.

Why don't you just save us all the trouble and write "out damn spot!"

And you prove my point by making knee-jerk accusations based on not knowing the difference between a literary reference understood by all but the functionally ILLiterate, and profanity...
