And not one Jot or tittle shall pass away until all is fulfilled.
I just noticed a real simple meaning in the structure in the letters here :
1 Kings 8
16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.
17 And it was in the heart [levav] of David my father to build an house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
18 And the LORD said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.
The word heart is levav (לבב), lamed bet bet.
The outer letters still spell the word heart (lev לב), meaning that the letter in the middle of the heart is a bet, which is a house.
So it's literal in the letter structure to say that it was in David's heart to build a house, because there it is, the letter bet, right in the middle of his heart. A house (bet) within a heart (lev) = levav.
These things are just sitting there in the text, to observe and delight in.
