The Old Testament is filled with examples of the Jewish people abandoning God. And the rebellion of the Jews against God is talked about repeated.
Thank you.
That is true, but it is also filled with examples of repentance by a remnant, time and time again.

The remnant is very important, but the abandoning is the dominant note. My impression, writing from a U.S./Canadian perspective, is that at the present time the vast majority of Jews at the present time are cultural rather than religious, and have abandoned most parts of the revelation given to israel.

But when the OP focuses on how the Jews have not abandoned God with no qualifications whatsoever, he is misleading at best.
