I don’t have too many issues with ordinary Catholics, but having been married into a Catholic family at one time, I can tell you from first hand experience that there was a pretty strong dislike, if not animosity, towards faithful committed Christians.

I've told this story on FR before, but a former co-worker who is a KU graduate and a Catholic, once said about TCU when they were joining the Big XII, "we don't need those G--Damn Christians in the conference. It didn't surprise me because he started many of his sentences with G--damn.
