So are a lot of misguided Christians. God's people today are much like how Jesus saw God's people 2000 years ago: "as sheep having no shepherd" Matt 9:36.

Obama’s God-talk is deceptive. There was—and may still be—a YouTube video of Obama mocking the Old Testament. He was really getting into it.
Plus, if you’ll notice, Obama took great pains not to identify Jesus as either still alive or divine. For Obama, Jesus was a historical teacher.
You can’t stretch the definition of a Christian that far. If a person will publicly mock God, and cannot even bring themselves to acknowledge the divinity of the risen Christ, they are no Christian, misguided or otherwise.
